Jeff was my technician who came the same day. Jeff was knowledgeable, prepared and also friendly. Jeff brought the facts on different options for water heaters which we discussed in detail so that I could understand what I was getting. Service would have been done same day but I had something that interferes with that. Job was completed promptly the next day. I was very impressed start to finish with the service and will be using them again for future services.
